With a heart for hospitality, and an entrepreneurial drive, Nick and I renovated our New York basement into a full suite. After renting it out on Airbnb and seeing the potential, the rest was history.
Now I’m full in the short term rental world, helping others navigate the confusing world of hospitality and running their own business.

Even back in our DIY days many didn’t know my degree and background was in architecture design. Almost all of our flips and renovated Airbnbs were designed by us. Now that we’ve laid our roots here in Columbus and our businesses have grown, it was time to specialize in floor plan design.
